Caffeine Calculator

Caffeine is a stimulant which can temporarily increase alertness and improve mood. However, when consumed in excess it may have negative health affects. As caffeine occurs naturally in a range of food sources including coffee beans, tea leaves and cocoa, there are a wide range of foods and beverages which must be considered when calculating caffeine intake. You can use this tool to calculate your daily caffeine intake. It should be noted that these values are approximate, as exact caffeine content varies depending on the methods used to grow, process and brew tea, coffee or chocolate.
